  • One of my favourite cafés in Calgary, without a doubt, for many reasons- the food, the coffee, the European-esque atmosphere, the friendly staff. It's right off my bus route, so I'll often pop in before or after work, for either just a coffee or a full blown meal. Everything I've ever had here is excellent, but I'm especially partial to their kouign amann (a Bretonese pastry, I believe?), beef stew, ham and cheese puff pastries, americanos, freshly-squeezed OJ, and Nutella lattes. Okay, yes, I like everything haha. Service is always impeccable and accommodating. The lovely owner is here almost every time I am, cheerfully greeting customers who all seem to be friends, and working hard to ensure her clients have an amazing experience. My two cents? Come here. And then again, and then just keep coming and never stop. You won't regret it.
