| - I don't even know where to start. The utilities are constantly in need of repair. The A/C is too weak and can't keep temps below 91 degrees during the summer. People are constantly leaving ads, coupons, etc. on my door despite my requests to stop. And the management and personnel are constantly changing, so there's no consistency in attempting to fix any of these ongoing (for 2+ years) issues.
By far the most annoying issue here is the PARKING. The other reviewers on here are not exaggerating. There is simply not enough parking here, and to top it all off, they do absolutely nothing to enforce it. People park on the fire lanes, in handicapped spaces and the hashed areas around those spaces, all over the circle and in front of the gate access keypad, in front of the dumpsters, in front of the garages, on the street (read: in the bike lanes), on adjacent properties, and in the reserved spaces and designated motorcycle spaces.
I've tried talking to the property's security guard (whom I very rarely see, which is useless), who informed me that he does not have the authority to tow. Then I talked to management, who said they will tow but only after a 72-HOUR grace period. What good is that?! The motorcycle parking space by my apartment is always blocked by a vehicle illegally parked there. By the time their 72-hour grace period is up, they're already gone and another vehicle has taken their place.
Furthermore, the responses by management on here are a slap in the face. When confronted with the fact that they completely fail to enforce their own rules regarding parking, their 'solution' is "just buy another space or garage from us". A garage costs more money (and they already increase our rent constantly), and the garage they gave us - 2 YEARS ago - is literally on the other side of the property. It takes about five minutes one-way for me to walk to it. That's not a solution. I've been asking for a closer garage for two years and they've "forgotten" about that every single time a garage closer to me has become available. (Update: they recently took over dozens of garages that were being "misused" and the opportunity to switch garages became a possibility. Despite two being available right next door to my apartment, they claimed I was further down the "list" that they never kept and I wasn't given the opportunity to move my garage any closer.)
...Oh, and then there's the whole FBI/USMS/ATF raid that happened when we all found out an ISIS supporter and plotter was living next door. Yeah, this place has "luxury" written all over it.
