  • Got a group on for Christmas and have the worst experience with this business. She takes forever to call you back, and when she does she doesn't record your appointment time! I called a week in advance to book my appointment... She was very difficult to schedule a time with. We finally agreed on today (1/18) at 215. I call her because the address on Google doesn't match the groupon, to find out she put us down for 115. Wouldn't be an issue except it's already 2pm and she never called to change my appointment!!! Then she demands we reschedule. I'm sorry but I already went around your calendar to get today booked. Put in a refund request to groupon. If you can't make time for new customers you shouldn't be able to post on groupon!!! Very disappointed.
