  • This is the worst airport I've ever been to in my life. Every employee I came in contact with was rude, and had a very bad attitude,even the staff at Burger King gave me an attitude when they got my order wrong. This place is dirty, disorganized and un-welcoming. When we arrived in Charlotte from Florida, we were forced to walk across the Tarmac in the pouring rain with our luggage to get to the airport. No one assisted us or even apologized for the inconvenience. I will never fly through this airport again.
