  • Pretty neat and unique venue, definitely want to go again. Although this is a burger joint, I had the Authentic Tacos.... They were unbelievably delicious, I was so surprised. I imagine their burgers are delicious too since that is their specialty. It's cool to see people playing volleyball and the live music was good. I understand people's complaints regarding the seating (yes, very random, yes very squished together). I also understand the complaints regarding service, it wasn't the quickest I've experienced. Our server was apologetic stating they weren't expecting to be so busy and she was all in all efficient. The Monastery kinda reminds me of a large version, hole in the wall venue. I would definitely go there again.
