Highlights were the fois gras poutine and bone marrow with maple syrup. I didn't get a chance to try the famous "duck in a can" which was far more expensive than I was willing to pay for.
I was a bit disappointed with the cramped casual tables and seating area. The bathroom has a stylized pig trough with artisan bars of soap.
Check out Anthony Bourdain's feature on this resto - it's hilarious esp. the line that went something like "feed him more and when he dies, stop." That pretty much sums up the experience.
