If you're looking for a place that will kick up your workout game up a notch, this place will do it. I really enjoy it because it only takes half an hour, but that's really all you need. You will be sore tomorrow. But the con side of it is that if you're like me, who has not been to a gym for a couple of weeks and need to start out slow, jumping into a high intensity workout can be challenging and even intimidating. But if you're all for that challenge it's great.
