  • It's really unfortunate when a business suffers due to customer service. This is probably the best kebab place I have been to on terms of food. They just add a little extra something that makes their food taste better and I prefer their condiments so kudos to the chef BUT the service is lacking. Not only was the wait for the food really long, the servers/cashiers were inattentive and too caught up in their cell phones and conversation to stop and help. I read that they have some sort if complimentary tea. I was excited to try it because I am a lover of tea. When I asked for it she said "the machine is plugged out," at that point I was so disappointed in the service I didn't even bother to ask her to plug it back in. Side note, the cashiers aren't mean they are just not customer service orientated. For me to give this place 4 stars I must have really enjoyed my meal.
