  • Worst bait & switch company ever. Called at 4:30am to confirm our tour only to find out at their transfer center at 7:30 that the tour was cancelled. Had been cancelled most of the week due to weather! Tried to up sell us to another tour -- wasted half a day of our vacation then had to spend time on the phone to get our refund. Use any other tour company you can!
