I will never do business there again! The customer service there is so rude.
I moved to Vegas about 1 year ago and have been a customer there for about 1 year. I went there on Saturday 3/12/16 to have my water tested & to buy pool supplies. I was the only customer in the store and the clerk was in the process of testing my water. Just then, another customer (customer # 1) came in and picked up a pool sweep to buy. The clerk stopped what he was doing with me, turned his back on me (with no explanation to me) & proceeded to wait on customer # 1 with the pool sweep. He never said: Excuse me; I have to take care of this customer first, nor offered any explanation at all to me. Customer # 1, however, felt bad and said to the clerk: I don't want to go ahead of anyone; he (Meaning me) was here first and u were waiting on him. The clerk (with his back to me) proceed to offer an explanation to customer #1, which he never offered to me. The clerk said: we only fit the people here for water testing between the customers here to buy things. (More or less meaning: we don't care about your (meaning my) business; we cater to paying customers and I'm only testing your water for free; can't make any money off you. The reality was that I was having my water tested, but was also there to buy a bucket of chlorine tablets (was out of) which cost about $70.00, plus Perfect Plus which is about $40.00; so, I was to spend over $110.00.). Anyway, customer # 1 didn't have his rewards number so, the clerk proceeded to try this name, another name, then, a telephone number, log his points, ring him up, get his receipt, etc. This took a long time; more time than if he had finished doing my water test. Customer # 1's item came to about $13.00 or $14.00.
Then, while the clerk was doing this, in comes Customer # 2. Customer # 2 gets a bottle of some chemical and the clerk proceeds to wait on him. Again, no explanation to me. This is where I proceeded to leave. My concern was: What if customer # 3, or customer # 4 came in? How long would I be waiting? The clerk waited on these 2 customers and made about $35.00 & lost my sale of $110.00, plus all of my future business. Plus, I will go on every website I can find to review this store to let other people know what rude and inconsiderate people work at Leslie's Pool Services.
