  • Well if you read my review about my terrible lunch break at the car wash and my windshield on my brand new car was cracked and broken, you would understand why I needed to have it replaced. I contacted my insurance company and they suggested Safelite which tells me they trust this company! So, I went along with the insurance recommendations... Safelite scheduled a time that was convenient for me to come out to my home to replace my windshield. The tech from Safelite, Reggie contacted me within the timeframe of my appointment to inform me he was 10 minutes away, and when he arrived at my home. Reggie was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced my windshield and cleaned the inside of my car, vacuuming the dog hair on the floor mats! ( yes, guilty that they had some dog hair) he went above and beyond as far as customer service. He answered all my questions. Honestly, I hope this business knows what an amazing professional and customer service oriented man they have working for them. I am happy my windshield is replaced and recommend Reggie to install your windshield! Thank you Safelite! Thanks Reggie!!
