  • I have lived in many apartment complexes in my life, but Savannah apartments is proving to be the worst! To begin, every time I have a problem or complaint, the arrogant secretaries working in the office try to manipulate the situation and blame me for the problem. This morning I woke up to the beautiful and melodic sound of hammers and people stampeding in the above apartment unit(not small noises, but sounds that made us believe they were tearing down the walls). And, it wasn't like the noise began at at noon.... No!, this started at 8am! I called the office and to my surprise, the lady in the office tried turning the situation on me and informing me how I need to come to the office and file a credit report! This is the type of friendly service you will receive at Savannah. This is but just one incidents that have occurred in the last week. Two nights ago my car was broken into and all my Insurance papers were stolen. I again tried to contact the office and to my dismay the secretary informed me that the security company handles such problems. Come to find out, the security company's contract ended at 12pm the night of the breaking in! The lady in the office had prior knowledge of this, but she simply didn't want to deal with the situation. Instead, she blamed a company(a company she knew whose contract had ended) that had nothing to do with it at the time. I could go on for days explaining the horrible experiences I've experienced. So, if you are looking to live in a place where you will receive such welcoming, don't give a shit service, I assure you, look no further, Savannah Apartments is the place for you ; )
