With all the hype surrounding riya nails I was super excited to get them done! I've been wearing acrylics for almost a year now and have gone to multiple different nail salons in my area. I did drive out of the way to go to this specific salon. So, I went a little over a week ago and the salon is cute, workers were nice- whatever. I was content with my nails, although they are a more expensive nail salon. Why I'm giving this place 1 star though is because with just a few days of having them, the tip of middle finger acrylic nail chipped off. This has never happened to me before. I wasn't using my nails aggressively either or anything like that. I then started looking more intently at my nails, confused as to why this happened. I'm noticing that on two of my nails the acrylic is completely coming apart from my nail which means they won't hold up much longer.. And I've only had them on for a week and 2 days! Whoever did my nails should've shaved down the sides much better.. when you look at the nail from an angle u can clearly see my real nail coming apart from the acrylic. After this I'll be going back to a cheaper salon next time that does a better job for a better price.
