  • Unpredictable service, high office turnover, billing mistakes and over-charges, over-booking for the same appointment time and then long wait times in horrible waiting room. Hygienist appeared sick - sniffling and coughing. Communication between dentist and parent non- existent, done through hygienist. I have tried to give this office several opportunities to wow me and after this last appointment with yet an entirely new staff, have changed my primary dentist and will not be returning for any more appointments.
