  • This place is horrible. Don't waste your money here! I came to AXI with a voucher and had a terrible experience. The aesthetician was rude and rough. She left me waiting on the treatment bed for a long time as she talked to a friend on the phone. When she finally came back, she had given my face the quickest and roughest treatment possible and had spent no more than two minutes on my neck when the phone rang again. She answered it and this was the end of my microdermabrasion treatment. A visit to the aesthetician shouldn't be unpleasant. Unfortunately, this was...:( Stay away from this unprofessional spa. It's the worst spa I've ever experienced. I wouldn't return for a treatment even if they paid me!
