  • This place was a huge disappointment. We went in there saying we needed appliances for a kitchen we were remodeling and it was important that we got it by our deadline, which was over a week out. We shook hands and had delivery set. The night before the scheduled delivery, I called at 10 til 5 to ask about possibly pushing the delivery out one day, as we were running behind on our tile job. Our sales person let me know he was "just about to call me" and that my order would not be available for another 3.5 weeks. There was no apology. He blamed Samsung and made some dumb joke about a cargo container falling into the ocean with my appliances in it. So unprofessional and not sympathetic at all. He suggested I look somewhere else, which I should have done in the first place, and then to call back the next day for a refund. I called back five times the next day before I finally got an email that verified my refund. I then got a text from the salesperson again blaming Samsung and taking no responsibility. I had to waste hours of my time trying to locate appliances at the last minute. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.
