  • Cleanliness - 4 stars Restaurants - 3 stars Atmosphere - 3 stars Safety - 5 stars Check In - 5 stars (diamond check in) Front Desk - negative 10 stars Service - negative 10 stars Pros - Security was top notch - Diamond check in was very friendly - Rooms were quaint - Diamond valet was prompt - Overall areas were clean Cons - Front desk staff (Sadly, diamond was closed before 8 AM) was just horrible, rude, of line and when I asked for a manager, they refused - General staff was rude and out of line - Bar staff was constantly just standing around Ever since Caesars bankruptcy, staff had generally gone down hill. Was clear many didn't want to be there, were very unhappy with their jobs and overall were just downright rude, I've never encountered such rude staff, going to the point they they refused to let me talk to the manager, never seen such a thing. Won't be coming back here.
