This review in no way reflects on the men in the shop or on Marti at the front desk. All have always been professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. The Ann shop has been taking care of our P.T cruiser for over 1 year. Joshua the service mgr. is friendly , yet on our last visit the work was not completed . We were charged over $800. & that it would be completed when a new part that had been ordered (which came in defective Joshua stated it would be warranted by Chapman Chrysler). After waiting 3 week I'm spoke with Joshua, he suggested I'm go out & buy the part. They would install it . He requested & received our paid service receipt so to show John & discuss our problem. According to Joshua, Chapman would not honor the warranty on the new part. I'm find that as a AAA. sponsored shop very troubling. I'm am now considering contacting AAA & Nevada bureau of automotive repair. Very unprofessional & troubling , why should we pay twice for the same new part?
