  • Extremely disappointed. Way over priced, terrible customer service and to top it off my son got food poisoning not sure if it was the undercooked meat or the undercooked egg. It was a to go order for over 35.00 for 2 burgers. I tried calling to inform them about my son getting I'll but the phone just rang so two days later when my son was well enough to be left alone I went into the restaurant to advise them of my sons illness and wanted to know if anyone else was sick. The manager was a young kid that obviously had little experience. He said he had not heard of anyone getting sick. Then when I asked why the don't pick up there phone he said it's broken. He offered no refund (I had my receipt) nor did he ask how my son was feeling. Nothing but a blank look on his face. I walked out and will never go back. DQ offers better food and deals!
