  • I honestly don't even know how this location is still in business. Everyone that works here are like sloths! Seriously! I came here once last year and said I'd never come back but today I had to buy a 1099 form pack and this was the only place close by, so I thought I'd give them one more chance. Boy was that a mistake!!! I go in for one thing, ONE THING, And I was in line for 23min. And eventually ended up putting the item down and left. The worst part is that there was literally only one customer in front of me. The manager came up and completely ignored me so I asked her if she was open and she snapped at me and said "I'm helping someone..." so I watched her and she stood there for about 5 min. Not doing anything. The line kept getting longer and longer and she literally was doing nothing. I finally went to a different register and this cashier was even slower!!! Some older lady was returning 15 blue folders that were exactly the same and it took this young teenage cashier 7min. To do the return! I ended up putting back the 1099 forms and left the store empty handed. Drive over to Staples and was in and out in less than 5min.
