| - Will say that Noelle and Ray were both polite and personable. The cleaning they did seemed thorough, although this was my first experience with upholstery cleaning. They arrived on time (scheduled b/t 8-10 am and showed at 8:15), but once arrived, immediately sold me into an extra $20 charge for the "chem-dry" solution which was somehow better than what they were going to use? I said it was fine. I had bought a Groupon, so it didn't seem like a big deal to pay a little extra. I'm still not sure what the extra $8 charge is showing on top of that as I look at my invoice - says it was for "sanitizing?" All in all - the job was done and the sofa looks almost new again. I did notice neither one of them put covers over their shoes, which I thought would have been a nice touch as they were tracking in and out of the house with equipment. I can't say my floors were spotless today when they came, but it would have been a thoughtful and moreover, professional gesture to do without asking. After up-charge and tip, I'd say this Groupon purchase ended up being a bust, but I also didn't negotiate like I should have.
Come to find out later, my Groupon was for a company called Quality Air - so not sure how AZ Clean Tech/Zee Best Carpet Cleaning even came out to do the job, but I guess they somehow work together when it comes to Groupon deals. Just be aware!
