Wish I could give this place 3.5. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would this be my first choice next time I return to Vegas? Not so much.
The Good: I did the pre check-in I received as an email, yet couldn't find the "fast lane" to reap the benefits of doing so. No gambling or smoky lobby! Minimal crowd in the lobby. There's a designated ride share pick-up location which prevents all of the back-and-forth about figuring out where to meet or what exit you are using. The hotel is connected to the Bellagio, which is connected to everything else.
The Not So Good: $20/day for a coffee maker is RIDICULOUS. I might as well get the one cup of coffee I want from the Starbucks or Marketplace in the lobby. The hotel is a bit further away from the strip so despite it being walking distance, you have to walk FAR to get to everything. I attempted to go to the bar in the lobby but it seems like the bartenders only want to serve their regulars or friends. Both times I waited about 10 minutes then left.
The Ugly: I had a nice bottle of alcohol in the mini fridge and was using the (complementary) mini water bottles to hold it in the fridge. Housekeeping decided to move the bottles (still can't figure out why). When I went to open the fridge, my liquor bottle rolled right out onto the tile floor and shattered. The housekeeping employee seemed irritated that I caught her in the hall and asked her to clean it up. I spoke with a manager about the incident and her response was "well I don't understand why they'd be in your refrigerator"....girl, I don't know why either. The manager ended up adding a credit to my room which could be used on food and/or beverages. Of course, what was offered didn't equate to the entire bottle of liquor on my floor.
