  • You've been warned! Get ready to have $100 secretly added to your rent without you being notified. Be on the alert for the high crime rate and gang activity around the apartment. This place isn't safe!! They give apartments to people on Section 8 like hot cakes, but neglect to give working people a chance to live there. The people in the office are rude and don't care to help you out on issues with your apartments. I'm honestly scared to death of them. I haven't even got to worst part of the apartment, the ROACHES.
