  • We returned from a trip to an overflowing toilet on a Sunday morning, which backed up into the bathtubs/shower. Nightmare! Our previous plumber doesn't provide weekend service, so I called around and found Parker & Sons was available to send someone out between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. We called around 8 a.m., and they had someone out by 10. Fantastic! The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and another tech followed up soon after with a camera scan to see if there were any major long term problems. We were given estimates for all services offered, and our options were clearly explained. We were able to apply a 10% off coupon from their website. It was indeed expensive (about $450) but when you have waste flowing throughout your house and it can get fixed within two hours - I'll pay the premium! To be clear, they don't charge extra for weekend/emergency service. It's just that getting someone on a roof in Phoenix in July to snake a sewer line and then run a camera through it requires hazard pay! They also provide a 90-day warranty on the work, so that's good too!
