  • Wow! What a great experience! My little one had been seen at UMC Quickcare (horrible) and found out he broke his little leg. Got an appointment at the Children's Bone and Spine the very next day. I walked in and was greeted by the two very nice front office people. They were great. Next went back and saw Bill. The disc of images from UMC was BLANK!! Had to get more X-Rays. X-Ray tech, again so helpful and kind. Back to Bill and he was great. So sweet and kind to my little guy. Austin came in and after some investigating we found the break (apparently I have a very tough 3 year old). Austin was great and patient with him (and his crazy, stressed out mom). Bill got all the stuff ready to cast him. Austin and Bill were so amazing and patient with my kiddo and me. Thank you for making this scary (more for me) process so much easier!!!! We appreciate you!!
