  • Two of the nicest, sweetest boys came to our house to clean tiles and to seal the grout. They were so cooperative and easy to get along with. They tried very hard to please us, but a few days later I noticed stains on the tiles, I think from sealer, and after another two weeks, stains on our grout which told me all of the grout hadn't been properly sealed. A few days after that, some of the grout became dirty and wouldn't get cleaned. Even though the boys tried as hard as they could, the company should have sent more experienced people to do a big job like ours. So disappointed.
