Cracked my Galaxy S6 screen when it fell from a moving bicycle onto the pavement. Screen was shattered with glass shards sticking through the protective film I had installed on the glass. It was a mess. I called around and found a 3rd party who could replace the glass for $140 but my warranty would be shot and I would be without my phone 24-48 hours and that is after waiting for them to order the glass. My insurance deductible was $200 and I was willing to bite the bullet for OME parts and to maintain my warranty. When I walked into this Sprint store, Zeppelin (yes, like the rock group) approached me and after checking with the repair team in the back and my account, offered me in-store repair, while I waited. To compensate for my deductible, he stated that I would be eligible for $200 worth of in-store accessories. Yes, I would still pay $200 but I would not only walk out with my phone, repaired with OME glass, but $200 in accessories. I chose a new, top of the line phone case and a Harmon-Cardon Bluetooth speaker. Entire process took less than an hour. This store exceeded my expectations in customer service and options.
