  • Yes, they have all sorts of cute little premise food stations and a Starbucks. But all hype aside, this place is awful. The customer service is atrocious. They have dozens of employees walking around doing nothing - something they seem to have learned from their managers who hang out talking with each other or texting by the ice freezer - but when you need a bagger, the cashier just says "we don't have any" and you end up having to bag your own groceries. And if you ask for something that's not stocked on the shelves, you're just told "we don't have any" without anyone going to check. We go for the fuel perks and the location. Otherwise, we'd shop at Heinen's.
