| - Have visited this salon many times since it opened, with mixed results. They aren't very friendly, from the person that greets you at the door, to most of the rest of the staff. I hate it when any business acts like they're doing me a favour by allowing me to be a customer.
Parking is very limited in the small lot outside the salon. If you hang out and wait a few minutes a spot usually opens up, since there's a lot of traffic for the Rabba that's there.
I lucked out by getting a great haircut from a semi-friendly guy on my first visit, and I stuck with him, but after awhile he left for greener pastures. But after trying two other stylists there, I gave up.
The final straw came when I went in to have 8" of my hair cut for donation. I was very clear I wanted 8" maximum cut off, and she assured me she understood, and even pointed to the spot on my back, below my shoulders, where my final haircut would end. Well after I was in the chair and the hair for donation was gone, she said "um, actually, your final style won't be as long as I thought." I expressed my dissatisfaction but didn't make a fuss, after all, the hair was gone.
But when I got home and measured my donation, it was 12" long. How she ended up cutting 4" more than promised I have no idea, but it turned me off and I'm now in search of a new place.
