  • If you enjoy fresh air, clean apartments, and a low noise level, THIS IS NOT THE APARTMENT FOR YOU. I have lived in two units because the first one was unsatisfactory due to maintenance issues with the drains and intense smoky musty smells. On the day of move in our apartment wasn't even ready (not clean, still needed maintenance) but due to our busy schedule we had to move in to an apartment that wasn't ready. I had to deep clean everything myself. The second apartment was slightly better but still poor. This apartment also smells of smoke and often marijuana probably due to the drug use and dealing of other residents. Neighbors are loud, pool is always crowded and often dirty, trash piles up on the weekends, pavement in the parking area is uneven, old, and full of horrible speed bumps. Seriously, do not waste your time with these apartments!! The unit they show you is conveniently located in the "nicer" part of the complex and looks and smells NOTHING like the others. The staff is nice to work with but it is really such a bad complex that their customer service doesn't make up for it. Go somewhere you will pay a little bit more but have a much nicer experience. We will NEVER recommend or live in this place again. Cancelling our lease here shortly.
