  • They are too focused on their current clientele, and don't appreciate new customers. Had an appointment, so I wouldn't have to wait. They cut 2 other regular customers before me. Eduard was about to cut a third, and said I would have to wait. Told him I wouldn't wait and needed to be next. Finally got into a chair after being pushed off for 20 minutes. He was extremely rushed and cut my hair in a few minutes. Showed me how much he was going to cut, and cut more than we agreed. Terrible rushed haircut. The experience that is described in the website is completely false! If you're new don't waste your time or your money.
