  • First off let me say that this is a perfect location for a restaurant such as this one. Located on North Tryon St. behind UNC Charlotte, this Tex Mex gem is a must visit. Their meat options are full of flavor and the toppings are fresh. I get a bit overwhelmed just thinking about the flavor profiles and the different combinations that can be created when they are putting together your tacos or burrito. They also have a house made salsa, as well as a tomatillo and guaillo sauce. I personally love the guaillo one. It's got a nice kick to it, and goes great on the side or in your dish of choice. All of their tacos, burritos, and quesadillas come with chips on the side. The workers there are very nice. This location has only been open about a month, but I must say the management did a great job with training their staff. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a unique Tex-Mex experience.
