  • I shop here a lot due to just buying a fixer upper home, and I can rarely find an associate to assist me. But when I do find someone the are usually rude and are not interested in helping me. For example, I needed to get a melamine sheet cut down to size. It took over 20 minutes to find an one that was qualified to run the saw. He just did the first cut and tried to leave. When I stopped him you could see the change in his attitude and how irritated he was that he had to actually do some work. This is just one example of the great customer service (ha) I've received at this store. their prices are not the best, and not really worth the hassle from the associates, but they are better than the specialty houses.
