  • First of all, talk about convenient! My buddy and I were at Fashion Square Mall shopping for some new kicks and saw their kiosk, and a helpful rep made me feel very comfortable and not pressured. It wasn't like the guy who sells golf tees at a kiosk who tries to grab your attention in the wrong way. I had a spider web crack on my iPhone and couldn't see who the heck I was calling. Embarrassing calling "mom" instead of "Molly" at 3am LOL. The rep at Gotronics was super nice and informed me that my phone would be fixed in about an hour. they even got my buddy's number so they could call us when it was done So I went up to footlocker to get my kicks and literally as I was lacing up the reeboks my buddy got a call saying my phone was done.... 40 minutes later!! Best of all, it was only $59! Sure beats buying a new phone from AT&T. Thanks guys, I recommend this company for sure.
