  • This place is terrific. Everything was excellent, especially the Chicken Liver Mousse appetizer. We were in town for 4 days and hit up some other well-reviewed spots, but this was by far the best. Sort of a weird location, especially for a restaurant with such high quality food, but it is well worth the uber drive from downtown or Vieux Montreal. Will definitely recommend Hoogan et Beaufort to friends visiting and will make it a point to visit the next time we are in town.
