  • I usually shop online for Sephora, but needed something last minute for a trip. I have often had negative experiences with associates as mentioned with previous posts (standoffish, rushed, etc.), however today, Raquel really impressed me! Not only did she take her time to show me different products and give me recommendations, she went above and beyond to offer me samples of each one. She was so sweet and genuine. I had been debating on leaving because the product I came in for was out of stock. Because of Raquel, I was able to figure out my makeup and skincare needs and she suggested products that were not only similar, but better for what I want.
