  • If I could give negative stars for this company I would. We had a work order set a month ago for a technician to come out and service AC unit due to making a loud noise every time it turned on. The technician was 2 hours late. They never told us his name or had us sign a work order. After he left we noticed the house wasn't cooling. The thermostat said 82 but we had it set at 79. The unit was running but cold air wasn't coming out. I called Chas Roberts and the women on the phone said they could squeeze me in but the window was from now until midnight but kept saying we can get you in today. I informed her we didn't have this problem prior and i am 6 months pregnant in a house without AC because the technician messed up the unit. This house is brand new just built April 2017. So everything should work. So now I am stuck with some stranger coming in my house anytime before midnight and have to be in the house with no AC pregnant in the middle of summer!!! This place is horrible. If this unit wasn't with the house I would never use them absolutely horrible. The lady said Rick came out to service the unit. Steer clear of Rick and this company!
