  • The first time I went here, it was awesome! I highly recommend Kristen. I made anappointment the second time and was told Kristen was not in but another lady would help me. I don't remember her name but she was WAY too casual and royally messed up my supposed to be side-swept bangs by turning them into straight-across bangs. I work for a hotel chain as a Front Desk agent, so my job heavily relies on my image. In order to look presentable and not like a Kindergartener who's aunt from Podunk, WV cut her hair to cut costs....I had to gel it back every day for three months while it grew out which was a pain. Not going back there because of this even though Kristen is a great stylist.
