  • Horrible company with no regard for the customer. The only thing these people want to do is bleed you for every cent. DO NOT USE ADT. I had to sell my house for reasons beyond my control and my options were either continue paying the monthly fees until the contract is up (three year contract, already paid over two years) or cancel for 75% of the remaining balance. The customer service rep told me there were no other options and really could not care less. The good news is this. I will never use adt again. I will be purchasing a new home soon and will NEVER allow this scam of a company in my home again. Treating customers like this along with the movement of technology these people will be out of business soon enough. Check out simplysafe.com same monitoring, same service, no contracts and a fraction of the price. Knowledge is power.
