  • My mortgage was recently sold to this clown outfit. I receive a "welcome" call while on this call I asked for my May payment and was told I had a grace period because my mortgage was being transferred. The girl advised they would send me a statement for May and June at the end of the month. I repeatedly asked for a statement for May because I didn't want to make a large payment at one time, she finally said they'd mail out. I finally receive my billing statement and it's for the month of May and June and due by June 15th. Yesterday I received another call from them. I called back asking why they were calling. She states my May payment is past due. I said are you kidding me!? You were the ones who said I had a grace period because my loan was sold to you. I brought up the previous phone conversations and asked for a supervisor repeatedly. She kept reading the crap on her computer screen and ignoring me. I said I asked for a statement for the month of May and you sent me a combined statement due in June. I told her tell me what you want! A May payment or combined payment in June. I have never been late on my house payment and never once received a phone call from Prime Lending. I've already been called 5 times from this circus. Please do me a huge favor Round Point, sell my loan back to Prime Lending immediately.
