  • In my most beautiful of weekend dreams, I long about waking up to a spicy, relaxed, perfect breakfast while I read the news in utter peace. On my side of town, NOTHING is relaxed or uncrowded... or frankly all that unique or good as far as breakfasts go. I am thrilled that I have a reason to be in Chandler now on the regular, because this is my new "go to" spot to get my fix. The homemade tortillas? WOW. They were the best tortillas I've had. in. my. life. I had the chorizo egg (over easy) breakfast that comes with potatoes, refried beans, and even chips and superspicy salsa. The chorizo was awesome, spicy, and the eggs perfectly cooked. I spent a lovely, relaxed hour here for my first visit and woke up this morning dreaming to return. They have a beautiful display of pastries which I did not partake in. Yet. Friendly staff, good service/refills. What's not to love? LOVE LOVE LOVE El Sol!
