rev:text	UPDATE :: I received a phone call from the general manager. Carl is a totally great guy and business operator. I actually feel bad for being a little harsh but he understood my frustration. I do plan to continue shopping here. Man.. I feel like a dick. I find it frustrating when I call after hours and the voice prompt tells me I can leave a message which is what I needed to do but there is no beep to start a message and just continues to repeat the annoying voice prompt. Very unprofessional especially for a shop on mill avenue. Pssh. And I live in the west valley and have made specific trips all the way over to your guys for the simple fact it's a legit shop. But the hipster employees act like their crap doesn't stink and really hits a bad nerve. You guys lost a customer. And for anyone else that is offended by poor customer service... Don't bother coming here.
