rev:text	This place is now called Better. www.better4life.ca. I came to this spa because I bought a deal on dealfind for one year of microdermabrasion for $99. Dealing with this spa was a major hassle and I wish I never bought the voucher! For my first appointment, I had to arrange three different times and days because they kept calling me to cancel the appointment. Since it was such as hassle getting the first appointment booked, I thought I should book my next appointment right away. I booked it 6 weeks later because they said you can't get microdermabrasion any earlier than that (which I seriously doubt is true). When I arrived for my second appointment, I was told there was a note on my file saying they called me to cancel because their microdermabrasion equipment was broken. I confirmed that they did indeed have my correct phone number on file, but when I went home I checked all my messages and there's no history of them every calling me on my machine or call display. I'd also have to say that the woman who did my micro really pushed the skin care products on me. I decided to buy this "Foaming Fucus Cleansing Concentrate" by SeaFlora. She said it could be used as a cleanser, as well as for shaving. $30 later... The product is so gross and I gagged in the shower. It was like putting swamp slime on your face and it does not lather and it's not effective at all for shaving. I would go to a spa again as a treat to myself, but never to this one again!
