  • The only reason my mom and I come here is for the Purolater that they have in the back. Now, this lady who apparently owns the place is probably one of the rudest ladies I've ever seen. She single handedly made fun of our last name stating "I had a good laugh at your last name". I'm sorry but I don't really believe that that's a polite way to treat your customers. Learn how to use decorum when speaking to someone. Unfortunately I'll have to keep encountering this bipolar lady because this is the designated Purolater pick up for all of our packages. Hopefully she learns some form of manners the next time I come, if at all.
