It is with mixed emotions that I write this review. The hotel room itself was nice with a modern feel. I enjoyed the free partking. But that is where my applause stops.
I was also duplicate charged by the hotel. Actually, once from expedia, and another charge from the hotel. That was three weeks ago, and i still have not been refunded for the stay. I have called almost every day regarding the issue. I have left messages with the general manager, accountant, and front desk manager. I have received two call-backs in three weeks. When i have spoken to someone, they have promised that it will get refunded, but it still has not been refunded. I understand that the hotel just opened, but that shouldn't have anything to do with decent customer service. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I completely agree with the other person't comment. If i could give them less than one star, i would.
