  • DO NOT GO THERE! If you value your clothes, your money, or yourself, avoid this place at all cost! First of all, the owners/tailors don't even speak English well. I'm not being racist or stereotypical. The owners are a Korean couple and their English are not good, not good at all. So first off, how do you even get the alternation done right if you understand or even try to understand what the customer needs. And,when you give them a second chance to fix it, they don't even know what they did wrong or how they should fix it Second, they don't even respect their customers with any courtesy. You walk in to their shop, they don't even say hello or smile to you. They just show you a stone-cold face the entire process like you owe them money. Then, they are also extremely rude. When I went pick up my alerted blazer and found there's still a hole not closed. The owner called his wife who did the alternation and they were talking, cursing in Korean very loudly. Maybe they don't know I understand the Korean curse word, oh but I do. When you reach this point of the review, you would think "wow, that's pretty bad". Well, that's not even the worst of it. With the high prices for their services, i.e. $9 for shortening pants, $20 for shortening shirt, and $35 for shortening blazer sleeves, you would think they at least do a good job tailoring with their rude customer service. But, I couldn't be more wrong. They're late on agreed date, and they make changes without even asking the customer. I brought a blazer for sleeve shortening and my girlfriend's Italian handbag for zipper fixing. I brought the handbag with its original zipper hoping asked if she can fix it. She didn't say whether she can or cannot fix it. She just said, "I will see what I can do." When I come pick up my stuffs in a week's time, the blazer turned out to still have a hole in the cuff, and the handbag had a new but out-of-place zipper. The new zipper is not even the same style of the handbag. When I asked for where the original zipper is. He said she threw it out. I told him and her, it was not his or her right to throw out the original zipper as I wanted the original zipper fixed. If she can't fix it I will try some other place. The owner kept saying he or his wife didn't do anything wrong and continued to ignore my complaint. I'm very upset of the quality of their work, and I'm furious about their customer services. Despite the unpleasant experience, I still paid the full price of services agreed upon. I just wanted to get my point across, and the owner just refuse to listen and kept arguing with me. He didn't even say a single "sorry" of show any sign of respect in the entire process. A side note of what I found in the available Google reviews, the two 4-star reviews left here are by people with last name "Choi". The owners' last name are also "Choi", coincidence?!
