  • BEWARE: Worst Honda showroom in Phoenix. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! I don't want to give any Stars to this place but poor Yelp is forgiving enough! We went in to check out and buy the 2017 Honda Fit LX on lease because we saw lease specials going on, on the Honda website($139 monthly and $2299 down). The sales manager that got assigned to us was Mr.Austin. He started with a minimum quote of $4k down and $450+ monthly lease payments. Who on earth is going to pay $450+ monthly for a Honda Fit when you can get an Audi or a BMW for this price? When we tried to negotiate he said it's not negotiable at all. He was so rude that he wanted to forcefully run our credit without even talking numbers. We have 3 cars and I have never come across such a shady sales person ever. The most weird line he said when we showed him the Honda website price was "I can sell the car at any price I want, no matter what Honda says" ! One crazy guy!
