  • Taking a pet to the vet for an illness or injury is scary and expensive. Arrow is amazing. We were seen at our appointment time, the staff is friendly and empathetic, the doctor is knowledgeable and spoke plainly and confidently. The in-house payment plan was a miracle for my pet emergency. Arrow is clearly in the business for animal welfare and not marketing private products or practices, or to get rich. I live in Chandler and will continue taking my pets there, no questions.
