  • Guy came out to fix washing machine due to service code, paid him a bunch of money to fix it. Code came back on and after many calls they finally came back out, told me everything is fine even though the washing machine error code still comes on. I was told to call back if it continued, the error continued and when I contacted them I was told they needed to order a part and then would call me back. Its been about four weeks and no call back. Not the customer service I would expect from somebody that charges a few hundred to repair something for you.
