Unfortunate experience at this lvac... I came in tonight without my membership card and I was told that until I pay for a new card that I will not be permitted to workout at the gym even though I have paid for a family membership for over 3 years... To me this seems like very poor customer service... If this situation isnt rectified I plan on cancelling my membership... All I wanted was a card that cost the gym pennys to be issued to me and permitted to work out tonight... Instead I was shown the door... Not a gym that values there customers after you sign on the contract...
